Bulgur Bread
Ingredients
1 package (5/16-ounce) yeast
1/4 C. bulgur wheat with soy grits
1/4 C. boiling water
1 1/4 C. 50/50 flour
1/2 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 tsp. salt
3/4 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Soak bulgur wheat in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add yeast, flours, salt, and dry milk into the bread pan. Add bulgur mixture, honey, oil, and water. Select White bread, and push Start.
