Bulgar Pilaf
Ingredients
2 C. bulgur wheat
1 onion chopped
1 bunch green onions sliced
1 C. sliced mushrooms
5 C. beef or chicken broth
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
