Brussels Sprouts Oriental
Ingredients
2 lb. Brussels sprouts, washed
water, salted
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. butter, or margarine
5 oz. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Cooking Instructions
Simmer Brussels sprouts, covered, in a small amount of salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender; drain. Add other ingredients and heat. Serve hot.
