Brussels Sprouts In Onion Cream
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
1/2 C. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 pt. sour cream
Cooking Instructions
Steam Brussels sprouts for 15 minutes, or until tender. Sauté onion in butter until rich brown. Stir in sour cream and heat, stirring constantly. Add Brussels sprouts and mix well. Serves 6.
