Brunswick Stew
Ingredients
6 C. low sodium chicken broth
1-1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
2 large onions, chopped
2 C. okra, cut up
32 oz. tomatoes, canned, chopped
1 C. lima beans
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 C. corn, frozen
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. fructose
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large stockpot and simmer, uncovered, until the vegetables are tender, about 25 minutes.
