Brownies 2
Ingredients
1/4 C. cocoa
1/4 C. butter, or shortening
1/4 C. applesauce
2 Tbsp. Sweet 10 liquid
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten, or egg substitute
1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 C. chopped nuts
Cooking Instructions
Sift cocoa, flour, salt and baking soda, and mix well. Add vanilla, sweetener, and eggs. Stir until well blended, and add the dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan. Level batter smoothly. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.
