Ingredients

1/2 C. water
1/2 C. milk
1 egg
3 C. bread flour
3 Tbsp. wheat germ or bran
2 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in pan, select Light Crust and press Start.
