Broiled Tomatoes
Ingredients
1-1/2 C. stuffing mix, herb seasoned
2 tsp. butter, or margarine, melted
1/2 C. cheese, parmesan, grated
Dijon mustard
8 tomatoes, halved
Cooking Instructions
Combine stuffing mix, butter, and cheese; mix well. Spread mustard over surface of tomatoes. Spoon stuffing mixture over mustard. Broil 4 inches from heat about 7 minutes, or until topping is lightly browned.
