Broccoli Puff
Ingredients
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed or
1 large fresh head of broccoli, blanched and chopped)
1 C. biscuit mix
2 eggs
1 C. milk
1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
Cook and drain the broccoli and set aside. Measure and combine the biscuit mix, eggs and milk. Beat until smooth, then add the cheese. Next fold in the broccoli and stir well. Pour into a well-buttered 2 qt. soufflé dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Serves 6.
