Broccoli Chicken Roll Ups
Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. milk
2 boiled chicken breasts
1 pack frozen broccoli, thawed
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can french fried onions
6 small (7-inch) flour toruntilas
Cooking Instructions
Combine soup and milk; set aside. Combine chicken, thawed broccoli, 1/2 C. cheese, and 1/2 can of French fried onions. Stir in 3/4 C. soup mixture. Divide chicken mixture evenly between toruntilas and roll up. Place toruntila, seam side down, in lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350 for 35 minutes or microwave for 10 minutes. After baking, top center of toruntilas with remaining cheese and onions; bake for another 5 minutes.
