Broccoli And Pine Nuts
Ingredients
2 lb. fresh broccoli
1 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 C. toasted pine nuts
Cooking Instructions
Trim off fresh stems and cut broccoli into florets, about 3 inches long. Steam over boiling water until crisp and tender, about 2 minutes. Drain and let dry on paper towels. Place in a nonstick skillet and stir fry 3 minutes. Just before serving, toss with pine nuts.
