Brisket And Green Beans
Ingredients
3 pounds Brisket
1 1/2 pounds Green beans
6 Potatoes peeled/quartered
1/4 tsp. Marjoram crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Wipe meat and place in large pot. Cover with about 2 C. water. Vegetables may be added to the meat in a crock pot along with seasonings and the whole thing cooked 10 hours. Remove meat, slice thinly on the diagonal, and serve with green beans and potatoes drenched with cooking liquid. Do not thicken the natural gravy. If your meat is not well trimmed, remove excess fat before cooking.
