Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
1 C. strawberry yogurt
1 med. banana, frozen
3/4 C. milk
1/4 C. orange juice
Cooking Instructions
Put all ingredients into blender including frozen banana and blend until smooth. Makes 2 medium servings of 10 to 12 ounces each. Good for students or anyone that doesn’t have much time for breakfast.
