Breakfast Rice Pudding
Ingredients
1/2 C. cooked long grain rice
1/3 C. milk
2 tsp. sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of cardamom
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in 2-cup microwave-proof bowl. Microwave on high 2 minutes, until creamy and thickened. Makes 1 serving.
