Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
1/3 C. oatmeal
1 C. low fat milk
1 egg
1 banana, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions
Mix together and set mixture aside to stand for 10 minutes to allow oatmeal to soak up flavor. Stir again and place in a small dish. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place dish in another ovenproof dish containing 1 inch of water. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until firm.
