Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients
15 sm. red potatoes, cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 to 1 C. water
1 packet Butter Buds mixed with water
Cooking Instructions
Place 1/2 cup water and Butter Buds in non-stick skillet and heat. Add potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until tender.
