Breakfast Pizza 2
Ingredients
Pizza shell (oblong is best)
Eggs
Milk
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Bacon, ham, pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers or anything else you may like, cut it up & sprinkle over cheese
Cooking Instructions
Mix 4 to 5 eggs with a little milk, spread over pizza shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes. You may even want to broil it a little to brown it. Spread cheese over it evenly and bake until cheese is melted. You can add any toppings you want, but cook or fry it before you add any, especially onions and peppers.
