Breakfast Drinks
Ingredients
Fruit Shake:
1/2 C. nonfat milk (liquid)
2 Tbsp. instant nonfat milk powder
2 ripe bananas, pears, or peaches
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. apple juice concentrate
Yogurt Shake:
1 C. plain low fat or nonfat yogurt
3/4 C. fresh or frozen fruit
1 Tbsp. fruit juice concentrate
Tomato Yogurt Shake:
1 C. plain low fat or nonfat yogurt
1 C. tomato juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
Tropical Refresher:
8-oz. can unsweetened pineapple, drained
1 C. plain low fat or nonfat yogurt
1 banana
Orange Milkshake #1:
1 C. orange juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 C. instant nonfat dry milk
1 C. water
Orange Milkshake #2:
1 C. orange juice
1 C. nonfat milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
General directions for all drinks. Cut up fruit and remove seeds, if any. Place ingredients for desired drink in blender. Blend 30 to 45 seconds. Serve.
