Breakfast Crumb Cake 2
Ingredients
1 pkg. golden butter cake mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 C. vegetable oil
2/3 C. milk
TOPPING:
4 C. flour
2/3 C. brown sugar
2/3 C. regular sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Confectioners’ sugar for garnish
Cooking Instructions
MAKE CAKE: Mix cake ingredients with an electric mixer. Pour into a greased and floured 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. MAKE TOPPING: Melt margarine and butter. Add flour, brown sugar, and sugar. Texture should be like play dough. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Take cake out of oven, sprinkle crumb topping on it and bake another 20 minutes. Let cool. Decorate with confectioners’ sugar.
