Breakfast Burrito 1
Ingredients
6 flour tortillas
1 1/4 C. Egg Beaters
1/4 C. milk
2/3 C. low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 C. thinly diced onions
1/2 C. diced pepper
1/2 C. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/3 lb. ground turkey sausage
Salt and pepper to taste
Salsa
Cooking Instructions
Brown sausage, peppers and onions. Pour off excess fat. Thaw and prepare Eggbeaters as you would eggs. Beat in milk and add to meat mixture. Add mushrooms, if desired, and salt and pepper to taste. Prepare tortillas according to directions and then spoon egg mixture onto tortilla. Sprinkle on cheese. Add salsa if desired and roll tortilla as directed.
