Pumpkin Seed Alfalfa Sprout Bread
Ingredients
1 package yeast
2 1/2 C. better for bread flour
1 C. wheat flour
2 Tbsp. gluten
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 C. instant nonfat dry milk
1 C. alfalfa sprouts
1/2 C. pumpkin seeds, green, unsalted
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 C. very warm water
Cooking Instructions
Add all the ingredients in the order listed, select white bread and push “Start.” A hearty wheat bread with extra fiber, nutrients, and an exciting different flavor.
