Multi Grain Bread
Ingredients
Pour into bakery:
1/2 Tbsp. yeast
2 C. flour
3/4 C. soy flour
3/4 C. wheat germ
3/4 C. oats
3/4 C. powdered milk
1/2 C. sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp. gluten
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 eggs
Combine and cool:
1 3/4 C. boiling water
1/2 C. bulgur wheat
1/2 C. millet
4 Tbsp. corn syrup
2 Tbsp. oil
Cooking Instructions
Combine boiling water with bulgur wheat, millet, corn syrup, and oil. Cool to room temperature. Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Pour remaining ingredients into bakery, in order, then add grain mixture. Set “baking control” to medium. Select “white bread” and push Start.
