Hearty Date Rye Bread
Ingredients
1 1/3 C. water
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 C. bread flour
3/4 C. medium rye flour
1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1/2 C. pitted dates; quartered
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 tsp. bread machine yeast
1 Tbsp. gluten
Cooking Instructions
Add ingredients in order given by manufacturer, adding dates with the flour. Adjust dough as needed. Whole wheat/whole grain cycle or basic/white bread cycle. Light color setting.
