Ingredients

2 tsp. yeast
3 C. bread flour
6 Tbsp. wheat flour
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 1/4 C. water

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in bread machine. Select “Light” crust setting and press start.
