Clear Flour Rye Bread
Ingredients
1 1/4 C. rye flour
2 C. clear flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vital gluten
2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 C. light sour cream
1 C. +3 tsp. water
2 1/4 tsp. instant yeast
Cooking Instructions
Bake on basic white bread cycle. Watch first kneading and dribble in more water by tsp.fuls, if the dough ball seems rough and dry.
