Cheese Brioche Bread
Ingredients
2 1/4 tsp. yeast
2 2/3 C. bread flour
2 1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. salt
8 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
3/4 C. water
1/2 C. Swiss cheese; shredded
Cooking Instructions
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start.
