Amish Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound loaf:
1 C. water + 1 Tbsp.
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 C. flour
2 tsp. yeast
2 tsp. vital wheat gluten
1 pound loaf:
6 ounces water
2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. flour + 2 Tbsp.
1 tsp. yeast
2 tsp. vital wheat gluten
Cooking Instructions
Place ingredients into pan according to your machine’s directions. Bake on regular cycle light setting.
