Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
2 heaping Tbsp. mustard (sandwich
style)
1 1/2 C. milk
Dash of red pepper
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Roll fish in above mixture, then in meal. Fry in hot deep oil.
