Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
3 lb. ground beef
2 C. shredded cheese
1 C. diced onion
1 C. diced peppers
1 C. mushrooms
TOPPING
2 C. diced tomato
3 C. shredded lettuce
sour cream

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350º degrees. Let dough rise, roll out dough (use flour for sticking). Fry ground beef and drain. Add pepper, onions and mushrooms. Fry. Spread mixture evenly on bread dough. Sprinkled shredded cheese over top of beef mixture. Roll into a roll, like a jelly roll. Place in a baking dish. Brush with margarine. Heat until golden brown.
