Ingredients

1 (#2 1/2) can peaches
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1/4 lb. margarine
Nuts, if desired

Cooking Instructions

First line Dutch oven with aluminum foil to aid in clean up. Preheat oven in coals.
Dump peaches into bottom of oven, then dump in cake mix, spreading it evenly over fruit. Stir lightly to moisten mix. Dot top with margarine. Sprinkle nuts over that. Bake for about 45 minutes. Lift lid halfway through time and check baking. Adjust time as required. Serves 6-8.
