Bourban Marinade
Ingredients
4 lb. chuck roast
5 oz. soy sauce
1/4 C. bourbon (brandy)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Season salt
Cooking Instructions
Mix together: marinate roast in shallow pan overnight occasionally turn over. Cook on grill 5 inches from coals for 30 minutes per side.
