Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients
Filling:
2 C. unsweetened blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed and well drained
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
Topping:
1/2 C. old fashioned oats, slow cooking
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Cooking Instructions
Filling: Toss together flour and sugar. Mix together with blueberries and place in a 9 by 9 inch glass baking dish. Topping: Mix all topping ingredients together. Sprinkle on top of blueberry filling. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
