Blue Fish Salad
Ingredients
4 to 5 lb. blue fish
1 C. celery
1 C. onions
1/2 C. onions
1/2 C. celery
Sm. sweet peppers
1 hard-boiled egg
1/2 C. or to taste Hellmann’s
mayonnaise
6 sm. sweet pickles, diced
Salt, pepper and paprika
Cooking Instructions
Skin and do away with the blood line, then cook the celery and onions. When come to boil, add fish. Cook about 8 minutes. Then take fish out, let cool. Do away with all bones. Then flake the fish, add all other ingredients. Add paprika on top. Add onions and celery, diced.
