Vegetarian Stir Fry1
Ingredients
Carrots and celery
Broccoli and cauliflower
Green peppers and onions
Zucchini and yellow squash
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Cooking Instructions
Place items in wok, in heated oil, in the order listed. Cook each a minute or so before adding next ingredient. 1 cup of each ingredients will serve approximately 6-8. Near the end of cooking time, add soy sauce, or stir fry sauce, to taste. NOTE: Cooked chicken or beef strips may be added just before soy sauce.
