Vegetarian Spaghetti1
Ingredients
1/4 C. green pepper, chopped
1/4 C. onion, chopped
1/4 C. tomato, chopped
1/4 C. mushrooms, sliced
1 C. tofu, cubed
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked
Cooking Instructions
Saute vegetables with tofu with basil, oregano, and salt in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add spaghetti and toss gently. Makes 2 servings.
