Roast Loin Of Lamb
Ingredients
3 lb loin of lamb,boned
1 1/2 c stuffing
2 rashers bacon,chopped
Cooking Instructions
Spread stuffing and bacon over inside of meat, roll up and tie securely. Roast in a moderate oven 350deg F (180 C) about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with gravy.
