Polish Sausage And Macaroni
Ingredients
7 oz. elbow macaroni (about 2 C.), cooked & drained
1 jar (8 oz.) cheese spread
1/4 C. half & half or milk
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. prepared brown sugar
1 lb. fully cooked Polish sausage, cut diagonally into 1/2″ slices
Cooking Instructions
1. Combine macaroni and cheese spread in 2 quart casserole. Microwave at high (100%) to soften cheese, 45 seconds to 1 minute. Stir to coat macaroni with cheese. 2. Mix in half & half, onion powder and mustard. Stir in sliced sausages. Microwave at medium-high (70%) until hot, 7-10 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time. If using oven other than Sharp Carousel, stir 2-3 times.
