Lighthouse Inn Salmon Salad
Ingredients
4 C. cooked flaked salmon
2 C. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. chopped celery
1/2 C. chopped green peppers
Dash liquid smoke
1/2 C. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients – chill overnight. Makes 2 quarts.
