Catfish Stew1
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. catfish
1/2 lb. potatoes, diced
1/2 lb. onion, diced
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 stick margarine
1 qt. milk
Cooking Instructions
Boil fish 20-30 minutes. Place potatoes, onions and fish meat in broth. When potatoes are done; add milk and butter. Season to taste.
