Cajun Crawfish Casserole
Ingredients
1 stick oleo
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 C. uncooked rice
1 can cream of onion soup
1 1/2-2 lb. crawfish (shrimp can be used)
1 can beef bouillon
1 can water
1 can mushroom steak sauce
Cooking Instructions
Melt oleo. Add pepper and onions. Cook until peppers are soft and onions are clear. Add crawfish/shrimp. Cook 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients; mix well. Place in large casserole (2 1/2-3 quart). Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours.
