Bowdle Stew
Ingredients
2 or 3 chickens, whole
2 or 3 rabbits
2 turtles (snappers)
Desired amt. of pork, beef and deer
10 lbs. potatoes, cleaned
5 lbs. carrots
5 lbs. onions
3 heads cabbage
5 lbs. whole tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Combine ingredients in large iron lard kettle. Cover contents with water. Boil until done. Skim off grease and pick out bones and serve to large hungry group. Great for campouts.
