Zucchini Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 C. cocoa
1/2 C. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 C. chopped walnuts
2 C. zucchini (pureed)
1 tsp. grated orange peel
Cooking Instructions
Mix ingredients. Bake in greased and floured 13×9-inch pan at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Cool. Top with your favorite frosting or serve plain.
