Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, lobster, crab, etC.,
your choice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 3/4 Tbsp. flour
1 C. half and half
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. catsup
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Cooked rice to serve 4

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in a heavy pan, stir in flour until blended. Slowly add cream. When sauce is thick add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and shrimp or your choice. Before serving add sherry and serve over rice.
