2 1/2 C. plus 2 Tbsp. bread flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. dried orange peel
1/2 C. powdered sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
3/4 C. warm milk
1/2 C. raisins

Cooking Instructions

For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. You may add the raisins at the beginning or at the mix beep (if your machine has one). Follow manufacturer’s directions on loading your machine.
