Yogurt Potato Buttermilk Bread
Ingredients
3/4 C. yogurt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg; room temperature
2 Tbsp. cultured buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 C. potato flakes
2 1/2 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Cooking Instructions
Put in order according to your machine. Warm yogurt up to at least room temperature. Microwave it for 30 sec. then stir and do it for 15 more. Use Light setting or Basic.
