Ingredients

1 1/4 C. buttermilk; or
5 Tbsp. dry buttermilk; and
1 1/4 C. water
2 C. whole wheat flour
1 C. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. active dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select light crust setting and press start.. After the baking cycle ends, remove and place on cake rack for 1 hour before slicing. Crust – Light Bake on White Bread Setting.
