Ingredients

1 package yeast
1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1 C. better for bread white flour
1/2 C. oat bran
1/2 C. quaker multi-grain one hundred percent natural hot cereal
2 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. gluten
1/2 C. applesauce
1/2 C. raisins
2 egg whites or 1 egg or 1/4 egg substitute
2/3 C. plus 3 tsp. warm water

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
