Ingredients

Mix together:
1-1/2 C. oil
3 eggs
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Sift together
3 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Fold in
1 C. chopped pecans
3 C. chopped apples
Glaze:
1/2 C. butter
1 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. milk

Cooking Instructions

Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/4 hours. Remove from oven and pour glaze over hot cake. Let stand 2 hours, then remover from pan. Glaze: Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to boil and cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes.
