Venison Hawaiian
Ingredients
1 lb. deer steak, cubed
1/4 C. flour
1/2 C. margarine
1/2 C. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
2 green peppers, chopped
1/2 C. pineapple chunks, drained
2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 C. pineapple juice
1/4 C. mild vinegar
1/4 C. sugar
Cooking Instructions
Roll meat in flour and brown in margarine. Add water and salt. Simmer gently until tender. Add green peppers and pineapple to meat. Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan and cook until thick. Pour over meat and simmer a few minutes. Makes 6 servings.
