Vegetable Coleslaw
Ingredients
1 C. shredded broccoli stalks
1 C. shredded white cabbage
1 C. shredded red cabbage
1 C. shredded carrot
Dressing:
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sweet relish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 C. fat free or low fat mayonnaise
Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and toss. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables in the large bowl.
